Almost Wordless Wednesday....shh.....

What one word would you use to describe how you feel this holiday season? Before you write think about what's going on in our country and around the world. Think about what you have or don't have. Think about your family and your friends.

What is the first word that comes to your mind?

Conflicted

on one hand I feel sad, this will be the first Christmas without Mom

on the other hand, I feel fortunate, because I have a job, a roof over my head and a loving family,...though the job has been a source of stress of late.

Relieved
My son and family waited all day in the airport in Rwanda (an adoption trip) before a mechanically troubled airplane arrived and finally took them to Ethiopia to get my new grandsons Visa. (Rwanda doesn't have an American Embassy)

Happiness. Spending time with the family on Christmas Eve (at my nephew and niece's home) and spending Christmas Day at my sister in law's home for dinner. Great time after dinner, with family and friends. After dinner we play games and what a wonderful time that is.

Hopeful, hopeful the snow storm expected tomorrow doesn't keep my daughter from being able to get home from St. Louis.

Merry Christmas all

Calmer today with regard to the snow; but will feel much better when darling daughter arrives safely.

Concerned as a dear blog friend's family has significant family concerns.

Hard to be totally jovial with concern still present; but working on it.

Visiting blogspot Bridge and Beyond Team Members today to say Merry Christmas, and to ask everyone to double their efforts with donations, the need is great and growing daily.
