Who Are You?

If you haven't braindropped with us before, now's the time. It's quick. It's easy. It's mind boggling for sure.

Let's find out who we really are and what we think of ourselves.

Get a piece of paper. Grab a timer and set it for 1 minute. Write your name at the top of your paper. Now, without thinking, write without stopping. Write every single thought word or phrase that falls out of your mind and reminds you of a trait or quality of yourself.

Some of your words may seem silly or even foolish. No worries. Just keep writing. If you get to a point where you can't think of anything else to write, write I can't think I can't think until something pops into your mind. Something will come to you, I promise!

I'll go first for ten seconds so you get the idea.

Okay...that was ten seconds for me. If you don't want to use a minute to write, try ten seconds. My list is longer than I thought it would be! Let me know what you think of this writing activity. It's the way I start every single thing I write. I find out what's buried in my mind!
