This is always so much fun. I love changing traditional stories to make them my own...one way or another. Did you know that when a story is out of public domain (I believe that's 30 years after its last print) you can rewrite it however you like? You can!
Kids have as much fun altering stories as we do, so if you have kids or if you're a teacher, give them a shot at finishing this sentence that belongs in The Night Before Christmas:

I'm not sure I can use this...they're so hyped this week anyway! We're working our "tailfeathers" off to get to where I want by Friday, when the rest of the college kids arrive home!
