I'm Ready!

I'm back from the horse show and ready to get back at it. I'd love to see what you did with your lists, so for now, I'll leave it at that.

Just refer to the last post and go from there. I can't wait to see what you've come up with. And just for a little extra challenge, somewhere in your paragraph, use the word "ridiculous" if you can. Do you think that this is a ridiculous idea? Only if you you like to have fun! Play with your words. Get creative!!!!!!!!

Hi Jan
Maybe this little pug is a little dense or who knows what. I already sent my paragraph and I did not use the word "ridiculous" . Did I flunk?

What about this.

The regal, sari clad woman moved slowly and gracefully through the vast, vaulted hall, as she moved purposefully and deliberately towards the one ridiculously simple aim of her life - facing her adversary. She faced him. She looked squarely into his eyes, locking his gaze with hers. Then she spoke.

'What have you done?' she said, 'with the money you stole from my family?'

I felt my spirit rise above the earth and glide across the never ending yard. My feet barely touched the ground through the wooded area, by the cool stream. The beautiful white light was drawing me in. I suffered no more and at last I found peace. Eternal peace.

How ridiculously simple everything seemed now.

Hi... I know this is a little late, but I'm so far behind in a lot of things.

As she lay across their comfortable waterbed, the woman was a picture of contentment. Her head was pillowed upon her wonderful husband’s belly, while they both “traveled through” their books and listened to the “love songs” play quietly from their radio in the background. Their corgis were there with them… one under her gently moving hand, and the other snuggled up close beside him on the other side. It might have been a ridiculous looking sight to others, but she felt as if it was a little bit of Heaven!
